F.A.D.E. PROGRAM

Facilitating Alternative Day Environments

F.A.D.E. works with community partners including Universities, Volunteer Sites, Non-Profits, Small Businesses, and Local Public Services to create access to independence and raise the percentage of individuals with disabilities in the workforce.

MISSION

Our mission is to give individuals with developmental disabilities the opportunity to participate in career, educational, and life goals that most adults pursue.

SUPPORTS

Providing community-based one-to-one supports for participants to develop the necessary skills for a meaningful life of their choosing, whether that be a career or a life of service.

PROGRESS

Working with individuals on specific goals until the participant develops the skills and confidence necessary to pursue their own career or life path.
